By accessing and using Zaikoo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Zaikoo for personal or commercial inventory management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

User Data

You retain ownership of your inventory data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI algorithms and service quality.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy available in your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zaikoo or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our service.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
